1-on-1 support for navigating communication across borders.
WHEN TALENT IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
Maybe you are relocating to a new country and you know the first few months will determine whether this works. Maybe you are leading an international team and struggling to build the trust and alignment you had with teams back home. Maybe you are talented but not being heard in meetings, and you know it is costing you visibility and progression. That is where I come in.
I work 1-on-1 with leaders, executives, and professionals navigating cross-cultural challenges: building communication confidence, adapting leadership style, preparing for high-stakes situations, and figuring out how to show up as yourself while working effectively across borders.
NOT THEORY. LIVED REALITY.
I have been living abroad for over 10 years and I couldn't stop exploring cultures and people ever since. I am a cultural omnivore. Nothing in this world is more fascinating to me than how people from different cultures think, communicate, trust, and collaborate.
Having always worked at the cross-road between cultures as a professional conference interpreter, ISO-certified cross-cultural trainer and international marketing strategist, I bring lived insights about how cultures differ and how to manage those differences when they show up under pressure.
THIS IS HOW
WE WORK TOGETHER.

That depends on what you need. Relocation coaching often runs 1-3 months to cover pre-departure preparation and adjustment support. Executive coaching for leadership development or communication confidence typically runs a couple of months with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Preparation for specific events can be just a few focused sessions.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
We start with where you are now and what you need to achieve. Each session addresses real situations you are facing — preparing for a specific meeting, working through a team challenge, building a skill like giving feedback across cultures, or processing something that did not go the way you expected. Sessions are practical, not theoretical. You leave with clarity on what to do next.
Do you coach in multiple languages?
Yes. Romanian, German, and English. We can work in whichever language you are most comfortable in.
Can coaching be done remotely?
Yes. Coaching can also be done via video call, which works well for regular sessions and allows flexibility across time zones. For team facilitation or intensive work, in-person sessions can be arranged.
How is this different from cross-cultural training?
Training is for teams or groups and focuses on building general cultural competence. Coaching is 1-on-1, tailored to your specific situation, and focuses on helping you navigate the challenges you are actually facing right now. It is personalized, ongoing, and designed around your goals.
What if I am not sure exactly what I need help with?
That is normal. Many people reach out knowing something is not working but without a clear diagnosis. We start with a conversation about what you are experiencing, and from there we can identify what is actually getting in the way and how to address it.
Can you help with specific cultural contexts beyond Romania and Moldova?
Yes. While I have particular depth in Romanian, Moldovan, and CEE contexts, I have worked with clients navigating a wide range of European cultures. My background in intercultural psychology and experience interpreting across dozens of cultural contexts means I can support you even if your specific culture is not one I personally come from.
What happens after the coaching engagement ends?
You walk away with skills and strategies you can continue using. Many clients also return for occasional check-in sessions when facing new challenges or situations where they want strategic input.
